Jackie Marie Stefaniw, age 57, of Algonquin, Illinois, passed away on July 6, 2026.

Born on June 10, 1969, in Chicago, Illinois, to Bohdan “Don” and Mary Stefaniw, Jackie is survived by her husband, Brian Hendenski; their daughter, Emily Hendenski; and grandson, Oliver. She is also survived by her sisters, Stephanie (Joe) Blazen and Kathy Stefaniw, niece Olivia, and nephews Zach and Jacob. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bohdan and Mary Stefaniw.

Jackie was an avid book reader and a great artist with a passion for drawing. She also enjoyed spending time with her birds, watching crime shows, and listening to music — especially Pearl Jam and U2. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who loved her.

A private service will be held for immediate family.
